Roles

Each Acentrix user is assigned a role. The role of a user determines their permissions and data mart access throughout Acentrix. For example the Acentrix administrator can deny a group of users from exporting data locally however still allow them to export data to a secure ftp server or network folder.

Datamart Access

User access to a data mart can be controlled down to the field level. The Acentrix administrator can control a user's ability to query on, view and export any given field.
